The people at Southern Auto Brokers are really nice to do business with. They listen to what you want to buy and don't try to sell you something else, even if it meant losing a sale. As it was they had the exact car we wanted come in and JT the salesman called us right away so we could see it first, and it has turned out to be great for our family. We were trading in our vehicle and they were very fair. I wish them all the best, and will refer anyone to them knowing they will aviod the bad experiences that sometimes goes along with buying a car....used or new.

Wonderful experience. Not pushy or not slimy as in all the other places I've been before. No "what can I do to sell you this car today"-questions. Super nice customer service. Stayed open extra long to let me test drive, trusted me enough to test it on my own without somebody of the dealership accompany me, and trusted me enough to hold the car for me for 2 weeks when I decided to take it, but was thinking about the best payment methods. Awesome place and service! We bought a great F150 for my brother for college. The people are great and their dealership is very well run, clean and organized! Great relaxed atmosphere. Family owned. Fair pricing. Overall nice inventory with a focus of vehicles under 100k miles. Very straight up dealings. None of the "sign here and let me take this to my manager" tango. Which for me is insulting and underhanded. These fine folks do it simple and right. Go see em'. 02/25/2016

Our experience was awesome here! We visited a few times before finally purchasing a car. Each time they were all very friendly and helpful. We were approached quickly and in a friendly manner, able to test drive almost immediately and approved/out of the door in an hour. I would definitely recommend doing business with them. 03/22/2015

Stopped by after closing and a nice gentlemen was there changing a battery , he let us test drive a vehicle . So we wanted to buy but he said he did not know that part of business , so he called his nephew , Andrew came back and did all the paper work that night. It was around 8:40 . I had a very pleasant buying experience with these folks. They quickly addressed a couple of concerns I had with the vehicle very quickly, and courteously. Making the deal, doing the loan/paperwork was all fair, easy, speedy, and I was never pressured. I felt I got great customer service, a great deal, and I am very happy with my new ride. We had a very good experience with Southern Auto Brokers. We were in the market for a Subaru Outback. We weren't anywhere near this dealership and had never heard of them, but they had a great price so we went to check it out. We'd called ahead to express our interest. When we got there, they had it already pulled to the front and ready for our test drive. They got us out of there as quickly as possible (without rushing us), which we really appreciated.
